Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.

Despatch Times: Products are despatched on the same day if the order was placed before 11am on any weekday, Monday - Friday. All other orders are processed and despatched within 24 hours or next business day.

The 4 built-in PoE ports mean cameras draw power directly over the Ethernet cable - no separate injectors or power runs needed. The unit ships with a 3TB hard drive pre-installed and supports a second SATA bay for future expansion, which suits installers who want a working system out of the box with room to grow storage later. Its 1U form factor fits neatly into a small rack or lockable cabinet, and the HDMI output handles 4K display for reviewing footage on-site. 4-Port Built-In PoE
Each of the 4 network ports delivers both data and power over a single Cat5e or Cat6 cable. No external PoE switch is required, which reduces cabling runs, eliminates extra power points, and keeps the install tidy in smaller comms rooms or wall-mounted cabinets.
4K Recording and Display
Supports up to 8MP (4K) resolution per channel and outputs via HDMI at 4K (3840x2160) at 30Hz. When connected to a 4K monitor, footage from high-resolution cameras is displayed and reviewed at full native resolution - useful for identifying fine detail during playback.
H.265 Pro+ Compression
H.265 Pro+ compresses video more efficiently than standard H.264, meaning the included 3TB drive stores significantly more footage before overwriting. For a 4-camera install, this extends retention time without requiring an immediate hard drive upgrade.
Dual-Bay Storage with ANR
A second SATA bay allows a second hard drive to be added later (up to 10TB per bay). ANR technology allows cameras with a microSD card to buffer footage locally during a network outage, then sync the gap back to the NVR once the connection resumes.
Dual-OS Reliability
The NVR runs a dual-operating-system design, where a secondary OS can maintain recording continuity if the primary experiences a fault. This adds a layer of system resilience without requiring redundant hardware at a small-site budget level.

If your site requires 14-30 days of retention, install a second drive at commissioning rather than returning to the site later.
PoE Budget: The NVR's total PoE output is shared across all 4 ports. High-power cameras such as PTZ models or cameras with strong IR arrays draw more wattage. Check that your selected cameras' combined PoE draw stays within the unit's total PoE budget - the unit itself operates on a 12VDC supply at under 15W, so the PoE budget is a separate consideration from the NVR's own power consumption.
