Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.

PET FRIENDLY VERSION (SUITABLE UP TO 20KG) The Blue Line Gen2 PIR Motion Detectors use two Fresnel lenses designed to produce sharply-focused images throughout the field of view providing superior response to intruders. These lenses provide a high density (77 zone) 7‑layer pattern, and the selectable lookdown lens provides an additional three lookdown zones. Easy installation and flexible mounting options provide state-of-the-art detection. Parts included: 1 x Detector 1 x Hardware pack • 2 anchors (#6, #8 x 7/8) • 2 screws( #6 x 1.25) • 1 cable tie (2.5 mm) 1 x Installation Guide Mounting The recommended mounting height is 2.2 m to 2.75 m (7.5 ft to 9 ft) with no adjustments required. Mount the motion detector level, both horizontally and vertically.
