VIVOTEK’s IT9389-H-v2 is an H.265 outdoor turret network camera equipped with a 5-Megapixel sensor, enabling resolution of 2560 x 1920 at 30 fps. Featuring VIVOTEK SNV and WDR Pro technology, the IT9389-H-v2 is capable of capturing high-quality imagery in both high contrast and low light environments.
The IT9389-H-v2 offers a fixed-focal lens of 2.8mm and is equipped with IR illuminators with a 30-meter effective range for better night visibility. To provide reliable coverage in harsh outdoor environments, the IT9389-H-v2 is encased in IP66 and IK08 housing.
By employing VIVOTEK's Smart Stream III technology and H.265 compression, the IT9389-H-v2 is able to reduce bandwidth up to 90%* while maintaining supreme image quality. Additionally, VIVOTEK VADP (VIVOTEK Application Development Platform) allows users to customize applications for the ever-expanding number of user scenarios in the diversified surveillance market. * Depending on scenes
This camera complies with ONVIF profiles G, S, and T, making it compatible with a wide range of surveillance devices. It is IP66- and IK08-rated enclosure that is suitable for safe outdoor use in areas at risk of vandalism.

3 Years Manufacturer Warranty
All IP cameras and recording devices (NVR’s/DVR’s) are covered by a 3 year back-to-base manufacturer warranty.
Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.
