This camera is ideal for the retail industry and security departments, such as hotels and shopping malls, to enhance VIP services, and for customs and airports to monitor key passageways.

This camera can be either roof-mounted or wall-mounted, functioning as a standard CCTV camera with a wide field of view. Guests do not need to walk to a specific panel for recognition. Utilizing the free software iVMS-4200, the camera compares the recognition result with the stored photo library.

By adding guests’ photos into the library, the camera captures and compares face pictures. If a match is found, the system shows the comparison result with a pop-up window on the PC and triggers an audible warning. The reception is then alerted to the presence of a VIP customer, enabling them to offer value-added services.
