3 Years Manufacturer Warranty

All IP cameras and recording devices (NVR’s/DVR’s) are covered by a 3 year back-to-base manufacturer warranty.

Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.

Shipping Times: General shipping times for StarTrack, TNT and Allied couriers are between 1-3 working days from despatch. Thanks to two built-in spotlights, the BC1 can render vivid color imaging even in pitch-black darkness. This allows you to see crucial details that would otherwise be lost.

Integrating a PIR sensor and the person-shape detection algorithm, the BC1 camera is intelligent enough to distinguish persons from other moving objects, keeping you safe while also reducing unwanted notifications.
A vigilant guard over your property.
Users can set specific time frames for detection. Once the camera detects a person-shape, the BC1 will automatically set off a siren and flash two spotlights* to let them know they have been detected.
*The spotlights will not flash when color night vision mode is enabled.
