Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.

Dahua TPC-KF2241-T Thermal Network Hybrid Compact Camera
The Dahua Thermal Network Hybrid Compact Camera (TPC-KF2241-T) features a Vanadium oxide uncooled focal plane detector and a 4-megapixel progressive scan CMOS sensor. It is equipped with an ultra wide-angle lens and built-in white light. The camera is designed for temperature measurement with a range from –20 °C to +550 °C and offers two modes for low and high temperatures. It supports a variety of temperature measurement modes, including spot, line, and area measurements.
The camera has an IP67 rating for dust and water resistance and provides surge protection of up to 6 kV, along with air and contact discharge protections of 15 kV and 8 kV, respectively. The thermal imaging features include a fixed-focal lens with a 2 mm focal length, an aperture of F1.0, and a thermal sensitivity of ≤40 mK. For visible light imaging, it has a 1/2.8" CMOS sensor, a 4 MP resolution, and a field of view of H: 93.4° and V: 69.53°. Additionally, the camera supports digital detail enhancement, automatic and manual gain control, and noise reduction technologies.

These cameras have high thermal sensitivity (≤40 mK), enabling them to capture detailed images and detect both subtle and significant temperature changes.
Uncooled VOx Technology
Dahua thermal cameras utilize uncooled VOx sensor technology. This technology features a small, highly sensitive detector, allowing the camera to produce detailed images and provide more visual information about the monitored site. It also enhances temperature monitoring accuracy, ensuring even the slightest temperature variations are detected.
Temperature Measurement (–20 °C to +550 °C)
Dahua thermal cameras (–T models) can remotely monitor temperatures within a range of –20 °C to +550 °C (–4°F to +1022°F). They are customizable with threshold alarms, making them suitable for continuous monitoring, day or night. This feature is particularly useful in environments like power plants or oil extraction sites where overheating can pose serious risks. When the temperature exceeds the set threshold, an alarm is triggered immediately.
