Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.

4 Signals over 1 Coaxial Cable
HDCVI technology supports the simultaneous transmission of 4 signals over a single coaxial cable: video, audio*, data, and power. Dual-way data transmission allows the HDCVI camera to interact with the HCVR, such as sending control signals or triggering alarms. Additionally, HDCVI technology supports Power over Coax (PoC) for greater flexibility in construction.
*Audio input is available for some models of HDCVI cameras.
Long Distance Transmission
HDCVI technology ensures real-time transmission over long distances without any loss. It supports up to 700 meters of transmission for 5MP HD video via coaxial cable and up to 300 meters via UTP cable.*
