All IP cameras and recording devices (NVR’s/DVR’s) are covered by a 3 year back-to-base manufacturer warranty.
Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.

Perimeter Protection This feature automatically filters out false alarms caused by animals, rustling leaves, bright lights, and other non-threatening sources. It enables the system to perform secondary recognition on targets, enhancing alarm accuracy.
Face Detection Face detection technology identifies the presence of human faces in video footage. Using a deep learning algorithm, it supports the detection, tracking, optimization, and capturing of faces, outputting the best possible face snapshot.
Face Recognition Dahua's face recognition technology extracts features from captured faces and compares them with those in a database to identify individuals.
Heat Map by Camera Dahua's heat map technology visualizes crowd density and the likelihood of people appearing in a given area. It exports and displays crowd status using different colors, typically reflecting the quantity of people in spatial and temporal dimensions.
