Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.

4K Resolution
4K resolution represents a significant advancement in image processing, delivering four times the resolution of standard 1080p HDTV. This technology provides exceptional picture quality and detailed images, enhancing the clarity of magnified scenes for crisp forensic video across large areas.
High Efficiency Video Coding (H.265)
The H.265 (ITU-T VCEG) video compression standard doubles the data compression ratio while maintaining the same video quality, or it significantly enhances video quality at the same bit rate compared to older compression methods. H.265 achieves this through advanced techniques like expanded pattern comparison, improved motion vector prediction, motion region merging, and a unique filtering step known as sample-adaptive offset filtering.
Intelligent Video System (IVS)
When paired with IVS-enabled IP cameras, the NVR can identify and record video with IVS data on all IP channels. It captures standard edge intelligence features as well as advanced IVS functions like detecting abandoned or missing objects, Tripwire violations, and intrusions. Additionally, the NVR can record business analysis data, including Facial Detection, People Counting, and Heat Mapping, from IP cameras equipped with Intelligent Business Analytics.
ANR (Automatic Network Replenishment Technology)
NVRs equipped with ANR automatically store video data on an IP camera's SD card when the network connection is lost. Once the network is restored, the NVR seamlessly retrieves the stored video data from the camera.
Easy4ip
The Easy4ip app, available on iOS and Android platforms, simplifies surveillance by allowing remote access to NVR devices. Users can view live video, receive event notifications, and search recorded footage from an iPhone, iPad, or Android device anytime, anywhere.
