Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.

Functions
Perimeter Protection:
This feature automatically filters out false alarms triggered by animals, rustling leaves, bright lights, and other disturbances. It employs secondary recognition during target detection to enhance alarm accuracy.
Auto-tracking:
The camera's auto-tracking capability controls pan, tilt, and zoom actions to continuously follow a moving object and keep it within view. Tracking can be activated either manually or based on predefined rules. Once a rule is triggered, the camera automatically zooms in and follows the designated target.
Face Detection:
Supports detection of six attributes and eight expressions: Gender, age, glasses, mask, beard, and expressions (anger, sadness, disgust, fear, surprise, calm, happiness, and confusion). It includes face cutout options: Face and single-inch photo, as well as three snapshot methods: Real-time snapshot, priority snapshot, and quality priority.
SMD 4.0:
Dahua's Smart Motion Detection (SMD) technology utilizes intelligent algorithms to classify targets that trigger motion detection alarms. It filters out irrelevant objects, such as animals of various sizes, to prevent false alarms. When used with an AI NVR, Quick Pick technology enables easy searching and identification of human and vehicle targets in SMD event videos, prioritizing the most relevant matches.
