Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.

Functions

Face Detection
Face Detection is a software feature that automatically identifies and captures faces from digital images or video frames. Dahua cameras leverage advanced deep learning algorithms trained on extensive face data, allowing them to quickly and accurately locate and capture facial images within a video stream.

Face Attributes
Using deep learning algorithms, Dahua cameras can extract six facial attributes from each frame: Age, Gender, Expression (Jolly, Surprise, Normal, Rage, Sad, Disgusted, Confused, Frightened), Glasses, Mouth Mask, and Moustache & Beard. This capability allows users to obtain detailed statistical data about faces detected in the video.

Perimeter Protection
Dahua’s Perimeter Protection enhances accuracy by reducing false alarms and lowering the pixel count required for object detection. It features customizable tripwires based on object type for automated monitoring of restricted areas, such as pedestrian or vehicle-only zones. The integration of advanced AI analytics and real-time alerts to desktops or mobile devices improves system efficiency and reduces resource requirements.

People Counting
The People Counting function utilizes advanced image processing technology to capture depth information from images. By combining this with deep learning algorithms, the camera can detect and track human bodies in real time. It provides statistics on individual entrances and exits with up to 95% accuracy.

Metadata
Metadata refers to the feature attribute information extracted from a target object for data retrieval purposes. Dahua’s face detection cameras can extract six facial attributes and generate metadata for detailed analysis.

ePoE Technology
Dahua’s proprietary ePoE technology employs advanced 2D-PAM3 coding modulation to achieve full duplex transmission over 800 meters at 10Mbps, or 300 meters at 100Mbps using Cat 5 or coaxial cables. It supports PoE and PoC power supply, simplifying installation and wiring. ePoE technology facilitates long-distance transmission between IP cameras and network switches, offering flexible surveillance system design, improved reliability, and cost savings.

Protection (IP67, IK10, Wide Voltage)
The camera supports a ±30% input voltage tolerance, making it suitable for unstable outdoor conditions. It features a 6KV lightning rating for effective protection against lightning, and it is certified for rigorous dust and immersion (IP67) and impact (IK10) tests. This ensures durability and reliability in harsh environments.
