Functions

ePoE Technology
Dahua's internally designed ePoE technology utilizes advanced 2D-PAM3 coding modulation at the physical layer. This technology achieves full-duplex transmission over 800 meters at 10 Mbps, or 300 meters at 100 Mbps using Cat 5 or coaxial cables. It also supports PoE and PoC power supply, simplifying construction and wiring. ePoE provides an efficient solution for long-distance transmission between IP cameras and network switches, offering flexibility in surveillance system design, enhancing reliability, and reducing construction and wiring costs.

Wide Dynamic Range
The camera employs industry-leading wide dynamic range (WDR) technology to produce clear images even in extreme lighting conditions. True WDR (120 dB) adjusts both bright and dark areas of a scene simultaneously, ensuring usable video in environments with rapidly changing lighting conditions.

Intelligent Video System (IVS)
IVS features a built-in video analytic algorithm that provides intelligent functions for monitoring scenes. It detects Tripwire violations, intrusion, and abandoned or missing objects with quick and accurate responses. The camera supports face detection for capturing and uploading facial images to a server. Additionally, it includes tamper detection, which identifies significant scene changes and generates a warning to check the camera.

Protection (IP67, IK10, Wide Voltage)
The camera is designed to handle ±30% input voltage tolerance, making it suitable for unstable outdoor conditions. With a 6KV lightning rating, it offers robust protection against lightning strikes.
