All IP cameras and recording devices (NVR’s/DVR’s) are covered by a 3 year back-to-base manufacturer warranty.
Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.

Shipping Times: General shipping times for StarTrack, TNT and Allied couriers are between 1-3 working days from despatch. Longer delivery times may be caused by your package being held at your local courier depot that is beyond our control. Please contact us or the local post depot for confirmation.

Dahua Smart Motion Detection technology works with intelligent algorithms to classify targets that trigger motion detection alarms. Dahua AI Scene Self-adaptation (AI SSA) adopts deep learning algorithms to detect environmental conditions, such as rain, fog, backlight, low light, and flicker, to adjust the parameters of the image to suit the conditions, ensuring that clear images are always produced.

Perimeter Protection
With a deep learning algorithm, Dahua Perimeter Protection technology can recognize humans and vehicles accurately. In restricted areas (such as pedestrian areas and vehicle areas), the false alarms of intelligent detection based on the target type (such as tripwire, or intrusion) are largely reduced.
Protection (IP67, Wide Voltage)
IP67: The camera passes a series of strict tests on dust and soak. It has a dust-proof function, and the enclosure can work normally after soaking in 1 m deep water for 30 minutes.
