The Akuvox R20K is a compact SIP video doorphone designed for outdoor use, featuring a durable aluminum alloy front panel and an IP65 rating for water and dust resistance. Its 2-megapixel camera, equipped with automatic lighting and high-intensity IR LEDs, ensures clear video quality even in low-light conditions. The device supports multiple audio codecs, including G.711a, G.711μ, G.729, and G.722, providing compatibility with various systems. Its numeric keypad facilitates secure access control, making it suitable for apartment and office buildings. The R20K offers flexible installation options, with both flush-mounted and wall-mounted configurations, and operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +65°C. Additionally, it features a built-in RF card reader compatible with 13.56MHz and 125kHz frequencies, enhancing its access control capabilities. The device supports Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) for simplified installation and includes two relay outputs and two inputs for integration with other security systems. Its wide viewing angle of 110° horizontal and 58° vertical ensures comprehensive coverage of the entrance area. The R20K is compatible with third-party video components, such as NVRs, and supports protocols like IPv4, HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SNMP, DNS, NTP, RTSP, RTP, TCP, UDP, ICMP, DHCP, and ARP, ensuring seamless integration into existing network infrastructures. Its compact design does not compromise on functionality, making the Akuvox R20K a versatile and reliable choice for secure, high-quality video intercom solutions in various building environments. 3 Years Manufacturer Warranty

All IP cameras and recording devices (NVR’s/DVR’s) are covered by a 3 year back-to-base manufacturer warranty.

Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.
