The Akuvox R20A-2 is a compact 2-wire IP video intercom designed to modernize communication systems in buildings with existing wiring infrastructure. Its two-pin wiring facilitates both power supply and network access, eliminating the need for extensive rewiring during installation. The device features a vandal-resistant body with a flush button, ensuring durability and security. Equipped with a wide-angle camera offering a 110° horizontal and 58° vertical field of view, the R20A-2 provides clear video communication. The built-in IC/ID card reader supports contactless access control, enhancing convenience for users. Two-way audio communication over IP networks is optimized with echo cancellation and noise suppression technologies, ensuring clear conversations. The intercom supports H.264 video compression, maintaining high-quality video while efficiently utilizing bandwidth. Additional features include two output relays for door control, Wiegand and RS485 ports for integration with other security systems, and an input port for added functionality. The R20A-2 is IP65 rated, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor installations, and can operate in temperatures ranging from -30°C to +60°C. Its compact size allows for flexible installation options, including flush-mounted or wall-mounted setups. This intercom is ideal for multi-residential buildings, commercial spaces, and offices, providing a seamless upgrade to IP-based communication without the need for new cabling. Key Features:

3 Years Manufacturer Warranty

All IP cameras and recording devices (NVR’s/DVR’s) are covered by a 3 year back-to-base manufacturer warranty.

Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.
