The Akuvox EC33 is an IP-based elevator access controller designed to enhance security in multifamily and office buildings. It manages elevator access through 32 relay outputs, expandable to 64 with an additional expansion board, allowing precise control over floor access. The EC33 seamlessly integrates with all Akuvox intercoms and access control terminals, facilitating a unified building security system. Administrators can remotely configure and manage the device via the Akuvox cloud platform, streamlining system maintenance and updates. The controller supports up to 20,000 cardholders and logs up to 100,000 events, ensuring comprehensive access tracking. It features a fire alarm input for emergency door release or standard elevator commands, enhancing safety protocols. Additionally, the EC33 supports Wiegand 26/34 protocols, enabling connectivity with third-party card readers for card-based elevator entry control. Its standard 10/100M Ethernet communication ensures reliable network performance. The device's compact dimensions (320 x 270 x 75 mm) and support for PoE (IEEE802.3af) simplify installation and power management. Operating within a temperature range of up to 45°C and humidity levels between 10% and 90%, the EC33 is suitable for various environmental conditions. By linking with Akuvox's SmartPlus mobile app or indoor monitors, users can grant access to visitors and guide them to designated floors, enhancing visitor management and overall building security. 3 Years Manufacturer Warranty

All IP cameras and recording devices (NVR’s/DVR’s) are covered by a 3 year back-to-base manufacturer warranty.

Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.
