The Akuvox E16C IP Door Phone is a sophisticated access control and intercom device designed for both residential and commercial applications. It features a 5-inch HD color touchscreen and supports multiple authentication methods, including AI-powered face recognition with mask detection, Bluetooth BLE, RFID, QR code scanning, and PIN codes, ensuring secure and contactless entry. The device employs dual-camera technology with an anti-spoofing algorithm to prevent unauthorized access via photo or video attacks. With a capacity to store up to 20,000 faces and 20,000 cards, the E16C ensures efficient management of large user databases. Its IP65-rated weatherproof design makes it suitable for outdoor installations, and Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) support simplifies installation by reducing the need for additional power cables. For enhanced security, the E16C offers dual authentication, requiring a combination of verification methods. Additionally, it can integrate with an optional MD02 thermal scan adapter to measure body temperature, adding a layer of health screening before granting access. 3 Years Manufacturer Warranty

All IP cameras and recording devices (NVR’s/DVR’s) are covered by a 3 year back-to-base manufacturer warranty.

Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.
