Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.

Stunning Low-Light Imaging:
With Hikvision's Super Confocal Lens and F1.0 Super Aperture, the ColorVu technology ensures excellent color imaging even in ultra-low light conditions. The smart hybrid light mode dynamically adjusts between infrared and white light based on the presence of vehicles or persons, ensuring vivid color imaging with clear details.
When no vehicle or person is detected, the camera uses infrared light. Upon detecting a vehicle or person, the white light is automatically triggered, resulting in vivid color imaging with clear details. When the vehicle or person leaves, the camera switches back to infrared light.
