Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.

Functions

Siren and Light Active Deterrence The Dahua siren and light active deterrence network camera features both light and voice alarms to effectively deter and intervene when a perimeter event occurs. It offers multiple pre-set voice options and supports custom voice imports.

SMD 4.0 Dahua's Smart Motion Detection (SMD) technology uses intelligent algorithms to classify targets triggering motion detection alarms. It filters out irrelevant objects, like small and large animals, to avoid false alarms. Paired with an AI NVR, Quick Pick technology allows easy searching and identification of human and vehicle targets from SMD event videos, prioritizing the best matches.

Smart Dual Light Dahua's Smart Dual Light technology uses a smart algorithm to detect targets. Typically, the IR illuminator is active at night; when a target enters the monitoring area, the white light activates, and the camera records full-color video of key events. The camera links snapshots and videos with full-color images. When the target leaves the monitoring area, the white light turns off and the IR illuminator reactivates, reducing light pollution efficiently.

One-tap Disarming The Dahua One-tap Disarming function is a convenient and easy-to-use switch for event linkage. Customers can disable and re-enable event linkage through a mobile app, meeting various scenario needs.

Cyber Security Dahua network cameras incorporate several security technologies, including security authentication and authorization, access control protocols, trusted protection, encrypted transmission, and encrypted storage. These features enhance the camera's defense against external cyber threats and prevent malicious programs from compromising the device.

Protection (IP67, Wide Voltage) IP67: The camera undergoes rigorous dust and water immersion tests, ensuring it is dust-proof and can operate normally after being submerged in 1-meter-deep water for 30 minutes. Wide voltage: The camera supports ±30% input voltage tolerance (for some power supplies), making it suitable for outdoor environments with unstable voltage.
