Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty items or parts and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories, or damage due to mishandling the equipment once out of the box. All faults are sent to the manufacturer for inspection and diagnosis before a replacement is sent out.

Functions
Face Detection
Face Detection is a software application that automatically identifies and captures faces from digital images or video frames. Dahua cameras utilize advanced deep learning algorithms, trained on extensive face data, to locate and capture facial images with high precision and speed.
Face Attributes
Using deep learning algorithms, Dahua cameras analyze facial images to extract six key attributes from each frame: Age, Gender, Expression (Jolly, Surprise, Normal, Rage, Sad, Disgusted, Confused, Frightened), Glasses, Mouth Mask, and Moustache & Beard. This enables users to obtain detailed statistics based on these facial attributes.
Perimeter Protection
Dahua’s Perimeter Protection significantly enhances accuracy by reducing false alarms and minimizing pixel count requirements for object detection. It features custom tripwires for different object types, automating security in restricted areas like pedestrian or vehicle-only zones. The integration of advanced AI analytics with real-time alerts to desktops or mobile clients optimizes system efficiency and reduces resource consumption.
People Counting
The People Counting function uses advanced image processing technology to gather depth information from images. Combined with deep learning algorithms, the camera tracks and detects human bodies in real time, providing statistics on individual entries and exits with up to 95% accuracy.
Metadata
Metadata consists of attribute information extracted from target objects, facilitating data retrieval. Dahua face detection cameras can extract six facial attributes and output this metadata for further analysis.
ePoE Technology
Dahua’s internally designed ePoE technology utilizes advanced 2D-PAM3 coding modulation, achieving full duplex transmission over 800 meters at 10Mbps or 300 meters at 100Mbps using Cat 5 or coaxial cables. It supports PoE and PoC power supply technologies, simplifying construction and wiring. ePoE technology enhances flexibility in surveillance system design, boosts reliability, and reduces costs.
Protection (IP67, IK10, Wide Voltage)
